Our overall experience was very poor and disappointing. The hotel and rooms felt extremely old, neglected, and outdated. Reaching the room required a long maze-like walk, and once inside, everything looked very basic and worn out. Instead of one double bed, the room had two uncomfortable single beds with terrible mattresses. The pillow was unbelievably small, almost like a child’s pillow. The bathroom was also unacceptable — there wasn’t even soap available, and both the shower and sink drains were clogged. The TV was tiny and awkwardly hanging in the corner of the wall. There was not even a complimentary bottle of water, nor a mini bar in the room. Communication with the staff was also difficult, as they barely spoke English. Overall, the hotel felt very poor, outdated, and badly maintained. Definitely not the experience we expected, and very disappointing.

“A great place to travel with kids”

It’s great if you travel with kids. Beach access, playground, a kids pool area, but also an adult pool. The food was good. Although I did observe birds helping themselves to the bread buffet. Otherwise fairly clean and neat. There were a lot of activities.

Location (beach + pool + view + not far from airport), facilities, service, meal quality. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! From the reception to the restauran, to the cleaning personal, staff at the pool, during activities, shows, meals, etc.

AC in the room was working perfectly. Dinners were good, great selection, lots of healthy options - veggies, salad. Restaurant housekeeping staff were very nice. rooms clean, with balcony. pool was very nice

Good service from well organized staff. Location at the beach with a nice big pool is perfect. Shops and restaurants in walking distance.
