Great location. We stayed in the Gold room which was very spacious, had a fridge, nice toiletries etc. Loved the pool areas. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean and modern.

Comfortable beds - bedding and towels changed every day. Short walk to beach. Excellent breakfasts. Very polite and helpful staff. Good pools and pool facilities.

Sadly we did not get to stay here as our close friend passed away hours before we were due to fly. I had been chatting to the hotel enquiring about an upgrade prior to arrival but sadly they could not accommodate us as they were fully booked. Knowing this I called the hotel to let them know we were not coming just out of curtesy. Never did I expect them to be understanding and so kind. They refunded our stay without hesitation which was something we didn't expect and they were so lovely to me as i was sobbing down the phone. We will definitely be re booking just based on this experience. Thank you again to the staff that dealt with me that day. You restored our faith in humanity.

“perfect stay!”

The parfum at the entrance is amazing. the breakfast is very complete and with quality. it has two exterior pools. they clean the room everyday. it is 15 minutes away from the capital.

Quiet location, fabulous staff, clean pool/pool area, plenty of sun-beds, fabulous breakfast. Near to a beautiful beach however not for the less able if you have issues walking up/down a hill.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was quite complete, so there should be something for everyone. The hotel, however, smelled pleasant and well maintained. The massage was good; I had the “Relax Ritual.”

It’s my third visit.. The staff are delightful, in particular Celeste at the front desk and the restaurant staff. The pool area is wonderful and we love the location and the breakfast buffet.

Very Friendly staff, cute rooms with big showers, sea view and the hotel has a nice pool, breakfast very rich and lots of options, modern Mediterranean Ambiente, plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as supermarkets and beach clubs, beach 2 min walking distance, relaxing and private atmosphere no mass tourism which I adore here, 20min with car from Palma
