Friendly staff, short walk to bus stop with direct routes to city centre. Clean, good facilities including a fairly well equipped gym. Indoor pool and spa facilities available to use during winter period (March). Huge selection of breakfast options and good quality food.

Great location near beach and bus stop. Very clean hotel with nice friendly helpful staff. Most comfortable bed. Good buffet for breakfast with plenty of choice. Ironing room, luggage room and use of a shower for late departures.

“Enjoyable holiday in good location but need to be mindful of mobility.”
The hotel was nice and clean with a good selection of food for breakfast. The location is good and there are a couple of supermarkets just outside and a choice of restaurants and bars. It’s also on the main bus route to/from Palma, including the airport and Magaluf. It’s a pleasant walk down to the marina but very steep on the way back so people with mobility issues would need to get a taxi.

1. Reception was rude;2. Overcrowded with loud guests at the terraces until late hours;3. We slept in better smaller hotels in Palma for LESS money. This hotel is like a school dormitory. Doesn’t deserve the price for it.
