A wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—close to the beach. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return!

Great location, you can catch the bus into Palma, walk to Portal Nous or to the beaches. Super clean room, lovely view, very helpful and kind staff. Good breakfast buffet. Nice pool.

“Poor”
Staff were rude and smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. There was no water in the hotel until 6.25 pm on the day we arrived, staff were really unhelpful and provided an unclean room for us to shower in after which we had to walk through the hotel in our towel back to our room. They said they would compensate us and then we were told there was no manager in the hotel all weekend so email when we got home!

“Excellent hotel: room was nice & comfortable, pool, staff, & facilities great, close to everything!”
Stayed for a long weekend with my wife and we had a great time. Hotel is value for money and I'm sure we got an upgraded room as this exceeded our expectations, we had a lovely sea view (room was big, modern, and clean/comfortable). The staff were very friendly and allowed us a late check-out too given our flight wasn't until the evening. The hotel itself is well located for those that don't mind a little walk, the surrounding area is nice (hilly), and we walked to food and to Portals Nous each day just fine. The nearby beach is great, with us swimming each day there.
