“The hotel is dirty , the wifi is very weak, not working at all.”
Wifi is so bad; it needs to be improved to make customers happier. The room floor is so dirty, the entire hotel smells so bad.

“OK for what you pay but lower your expectations”
The hotel does the job if you have got low expectations. The location is good if you're driving. They include some form of breakfast... but bear in mind it is a banana, some cereals, coffee, milk, a honey bun. Better than nothing I suppose.
