Beautiful cottages in a private lot in a quiet area of the bay. On site cafe too open all day long if you don’t want to venture out for food.

Absolutely NOTHING !!! I knew we were in trouble , as soon as we arrived within moments the owners dog urinated all over my suitcase with little apologies or real effort to clean my bag !!! Villa Del Mare, definitely needs renaming to !!!!!!! Villa Del NIGHTMARE

“Quiet, peaceful idyll”

good sized bungalow, ideal for a romantic getaway or for solitude. However, when I arrived I realised it was much further away from Port Vila than expected so I decided to move. Alex, the very lovely owner, agreed to drive me to the alternative that I booked last minute

It’s situated in a very quiet area, in a beautiful garden and access to a small beach. Breakfast is amazing, and it’s a perfect place for a writers’ escapade!

The villa itself and the whole property is very beautiful and right in front of the sea. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The staff was lovely and made the whole experience so much better.

Spacious ocean-front villa with kitchenette. You can pick tomatoes and fruits straight from the garden. The host takes excellent care of guests, providing inforamation, car rides, taking guests out for dinner, Fire Show and Sunday Circus (a MUST SEE) at the nearby Beach Club. The internet worked perfectly, which was important for my WorkAtion.

We had a wonderful stay here in Vila Del Mare near Mele Village, just about 20 min drive from Port Vila. The location is peaceful and truly beautiful. The bungalows are simple but have everything you need and they are cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The road to the village is not in perfect condition due to a recent cyclone, so it can be a bit bumpy, but it didn’t stop us from getting around easily. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hospitality. Alex is an amazing host, incredibly kind and always available to help. When our flight was suddenly cancelled and we had to find last-minute accommodation, he went above and beyond: he found us a place to stay, picked us up and even brought us back to the airport the next day. Truly exceptional service. Thank you Alex for making our stay unforgettable, we highly recommend staying here!
