Overview
Located along the beachfront and offering a swimming pool and a café, Vanuatu Beachfront Apartments are set opposite Hideaway Island. All accommodation boasts free Wi-Fi. Guests enjoy free use of kayaks, bicycles and stand-up paddle boards. Each studio and apartment features a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, a desk and a sofa. All include a flat-screen TV with free in-room movies. You can share an outdoor meal in the BBQ area, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. There are BBQ hampers of steak, sausages and salad available. Younger guests can enjoy the children’s playground. The tour desk books island tours, Port Vila trips, marine conservation tours and sunset cruises. Oceans Beachside Café offers breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and dinner on Tuesday to Sunday nights. Mele Cove Beachfront Apartments are 5 minutes’ drive from Mele Cascades. The property is 12 minutes’ drive from Port Vila. The popular Beach Bar is located 100 metres away and serves wood-fired pizzas and a range of beer and wine.

“Beach and bars”
The staff were a highlight, friendly and helpful. The location was close to 2 fabulous beach side bars, walkable distance from Tanna Coffee and the area was well serviced by local buses. The beach was safe and there were kayaks and paddle boards available. The main pool was good and not busy/overcrowded and the unit we had had its own smaller pool that was clean and great to cool off. We had fans and air-conditioning so we're never uncomfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The breakfast was included and was tasty and filling. Drinks were reasonable

“Moved on after 1st night in Apartment.”
Very friendly staff - Juliette, Jackie, Carol & Frederick were all very welcoming and helpful. Beachfront location - You can hear the ocean on your doorstep, with a great view of Hideaway Island. Note: The beach isn’t the most attractive, as it’s dark volcanic sand (not the golden sand you imagine in South Pacific).

The place is wonderful! It's very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoy kayaking, swimming in the pool, watching the fire show at the bar, and playing on the volleyball court. The staff is attentive and friendly, always offering to help with activities or organizing taxis for us. The food and drinks are delicious!

“One of the best places to have an authentic Vanuatu experience”
The apartment was right by the pool which was next to the beach. The rooms where spacious and comfortable. Everything had been thought of to make our stay a happy one. The staff were absolutely lovely. A short walk to the left or the right on the beach led to a beachside Cafe, where there was also entertainment provided during Friday and Sunday nights. And a short ferry across the water led to Hideaway island, which can be seen from the beach deck of the apartments. The location is perfect...not far from Mele village...the locals pass by on the beach...always with a smile and a hello, which we loved.

The location to hideaway island and the beach bar. Right on the beach and the large apartment was awesome. Beautiful water. Would advise to hire a car to get around.
