Beautiful villa design no spiders in sight! There was nice breeze after the nightly rain which the temp cools right off. We visited beginning of Feb. Beach front coral reef, can swim depending on tides. Floating in the ocean on high tide (which is still shallow) was very peaceful. Very comfortable couches and well maintaned lush gardens, with aloe vera on hand. Staff are very friendly

Beautiful Villa right on the beach. Our family loved it, especially the great snorkeling right out front and the swimming pool. Great kitchen facilities to cook your own meals and eat right on the sand. Walking distance to a restaurant or short taxi ride to other restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location with private and quiet beach and coral reef at your door. Extremely comfortable bed and quality linen and furnishings. Tanna coffee, jam and butter was a nice treat on arrival.

A magical place to relax and forget the hustle and madness of the world. The villas are beautifully designed and built, spacious and welcoming, everything opens up to the sea, great sunsets. Local staff (Sara, Thompson) were helpful and lovely, Brad even delivered freshly-caught Tuna for us to cook! Good snorkelling off the semi-private beach. Walk to nearby restaurants, which offer excellent meals (unless they are fully booked and too busy with their own guests). Excellent coffee at South Pacific Memories, 200m away. Kooyu Villas are located at the very end of the Peninsula, so quite isolated and very quiet. As a self-contained unit, you need to bring your own food, although good fresh produce can be bought from the local neighbours. Transport is easy, just walk down 300m to the 'Oak Tree' next to Tamarind Estate and catch a minibus. VT150 per person ($2) for a (bumpy) ride into town. Good selection of everything you'll need at Au Bon Marche. However, the best thing about Vanuatu is the people. Probably the most friendly and welcoming people on earth, who give you a smile and a wave despite doing it tough.

“Amazing villas in a beautiful location”

The rooms are simply stunning with amazing views of the ocean and great snorkelling directly out front at high tide. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.

“Wonderful beach location”

Wonderful beach location with very easy access to snorkelling right out the front of the property. Comfortable and clean bed. The outside shower was nice but could do with a soap dish. The bread, butter jam and fruit on arrival was a thoughtful touch. Nice to have a washing machine.

Location

The property was perfectly located on the water front. We enjoyed snorkelling out the front of our villa. When we arrived there was everything we needed, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay at Kooyu Villas and we are eager to come back.

“Paradise in Port Villa”

Loved the location of the villas - in distance from the airport, the town and the ocean. We loved the layout of the villa - the kitchen, the living room and the outdoor shower. Also loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Brad, Sarah and Happi were so lovely and accommodating.

Locations is great, super nice beach, very close to town but far enough that you are in vanuatu, not in a town. and there is a micro-climate, we were there during Christmas, raining heavily in Port Vila everyday but no rain and usually sunshine on that peninsula. So highly recommended for the location. Generally nice design even though not all villas are as finished as the vilal shown on photos (for instance contact vs pebble walls) Staff at the villa is nice.

We loved backing onto the beach and the pool and the tranquility. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, Brad and the team are very approachable and helpful! Only down side is that it is fairly from town (not walking distance) and there are only two restaurants around. Good snorkeling in front of the beach at high tide. Honeymoon beach is also a 10 minute walk.

The villa we stayed in was immaculate, and such an amazing view of the bay. Close to other resorts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

“Blissful stay in Paradise”

Everything. The space had everything you need for a short or long term stay. The location is sublime. Hosts were spectacular, Brad was super attentive. The location is fantastic - a short drive to the centre and a few restaurants walking distance, as well as a dive centre. Definitely recommend renting a car and ideally a 4wd for exploring the island (which the hosts can assist with on site). All in all the stay was so wonderful and we look forward to visiting again.
