Overview
Featuring a private beach area, an outdoor pool and a spa pool, Fatumaru Lodge is located along the lovely waterfront. Free WiFi, a private patio and lovely ocean views are standard in all apartments. Fatumaru Lodge Port Vila is just 5 minutes’ drive from Bauerfield Airport, and 10 minutes’ drive from Hideaway Island. The Mele Cascade Waterfalls are 9 km away. The air-conditioned apartments offer a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. Each features traditional décor and a seating area with satellite TV and a DVD player. Guests can relax on the sunny terrace, or enjoy a meal in the BBQ area. The hotel can also arrange local activities, including kayaking and stand-up paddling.

“Amazing - would recommend.”
Fatumaru Lodge was amazing! We stayed in the penthouse and it was beautiful - super clean and comfortable with stunning views. Great location too. They also have kayaks, stand up paddle boards and snorkel gear for guests to use which was super fun.

“Would go back again!!!”
Great location, being a little outside of the town centre, but close enough to be able to still walk there. Free usage of kayaks and paddle boards was great, as it’s a protected little bay that you’re in. Rooms were neat and very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Pool was delightful and good space around to relax, if that’s what you’re after!

“Loved it and would stay there again”
The location was perfect for us, it was about a 15 min walk into Vila. The pool and views were fabulous, rooms were spacious and clean.

Room was excellent, great view out over the harbour, nice location for paddleboard and kayaking. Nice bar opposite as well. Close to town and all of the shops and also close to food. Miss Jeannette!

The bedding was lovely and comfortable, the kayaks were easy to take straight on the water. Beautiful views, yummy local plunge coffee in rooms and short walk to town and shopping centres. We had a great stay!

“Great spot only one hiccup - The pool”
Perfectly placed, close to shops and bars. Free use of paddle boards and kayaks was a great idea. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast is pretty basic but good for the first morning.

Fatamaru Lodge was beautiful! Our ocean view room had an incredible feel about it and it was so lovely to wake up to the ocean every morning. The lodge was a small walking distance (15-20 minutes) from the main town which we loved because it meant it was quiet and peaceful where we were staying. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating. The pool had to be closed for maintenance and we returned to our room to a bottle of wine and cookies as apologies for the closure. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay at Fatamaru Lodge and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!

“Port Vila is a must visit. It’s full of happy and lovely people. It’s easy to get a taxi and worth exploring the island”
Great location in Port Vila, close to restaurants and the markets. The sea facing villas are gorgeous and comfortable and private. The ones at the top all have a view and are nice too, good for a family with young children/teens. The units are well equipped for self catering but it’s very easy to just pop in to town for a meal too. The breakfasts are delicious and the pool area relaxing and private.

“Can highly recommend”
We were in the penthouse during our stay and couldn't get enough of the view over the entire bay. The apartment is huge and could easily sleep 4 to 6 people. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped with all sorts of appliances. The bed in the main bedroom was heaven: the mattress just right, the quality of pillows and blankets for a 3-star lodge positively unexpected. It actually topped each of the other two 4-star places we stayed in. The air-condition in the main bedroom was also the newest and quietest we experienced whilst on the island. We cannot speak to the quality of the breakfast as we did our own.

Liked the location, in walking distance from town and restaurants. Great view from the balcony. Hotel kindly let us leave our main luggage there while we went to Tanna for 3 days.

This was our second visit, and we were given a much nicer apartment on the waterfront. Much needed air-conditioning was provided. Nice pool.
