“This was a good home base, but not somewhere you would want to spend your time.”
The location was great- just minutes from the ferry. a quick walk to downtown, or restaurants. Beachfront was also a bonus. Staff were courteous and efficient.

“The only saving grace was the location being okay”
The hotel is just about walking distance from the town. The bed was comfortable. But that is about it really :(

“Avoid if Possible”
Port Townsend is an accommodation nightmare. A single owner has a grip on multiple properties in this town. The tone is “rip off” and the service is “meh”. The fact is this is a very nice property but the management renders it dull and depressing.

Everything was within a 30 minute walk so we clocked up 36,000 steps over 2 days. The Cafe at the end of the sailing club building has decent food. It's a 2 minute walk.

“Clean, comfortable motel”
The Inn is well situated on the bay so the views are amazing. It's about a 15 walk to the historic district, but there are also good restaurants nearby if you don't feel like walking that far
