“Short amazing vacation”
The location is close to the entertainment facilities with amazing rooms' view, the suites are spacious and clean with new furniture and equipped with all needs stuff. The hotel itself is more like a resort with plenty of green, kid's area, nice pool, and wide parking area. All the staff were amazing, friendly, smiling, and hospitable espicially the manager Mr. Maged who is really a decent, super nice, and extremely helpful person. He welcomes all the guests in person, makes sure everything is done properly to ensure our stay is comfortable. Internet speed and coverage are very good. We also enjoyed the music band who played really nice and elegant music. We were B&B plan so we tried to breakfast which was delicious with wide variety. We also tried the room service and the food again was delicious. We overall enjoyed our stay at Palma hotel and we'd like to be back again. Thank u all for making our stay amazing.

“Awesome”
I went for a night at the hotel for our wedding anniversary and the hospitality was awesome, they kindly upgraded our room to a suite sea view which amazingly felt like home, did anniversary decorations and were constantly checking on us. The stuff at the front desk and the FO manager were amazing. The food was nice and so was the pool and the hotel vibes overall.
