“Great except I wish there was a microwave”

Staff at guest services were very welcoming and helpful, esp Alida and Tannis. Overall location and stay and the property were all very good except there was no microwave, especially when most eating places shut down at 3pm, it would have been great to have a microwave in the room.

Clean and spacious. Check in was a breeze. Bed and washroom linen was super nice and gave a premium feel. Staff was super friendly and helpful..

Everything was good :) Shower was great but fan was not working. Needed a garbage can in the common area. Coffee maker worked great but the "pour pot" would make a bit of a mess. It had a power bar for plugging in all our things but I did end up relocating it near the beds for night time cellphone charging.

All great! Very close to botanical beach:)

Clean, nice and simple.

The place was very nice in the nature, quiet area and very close to the sea. The room was very clean and tidy and it was convenient to have a fridge and a kettle for breakfast!

The lodge was comfy, clean, and no fuss. Easy to get in touch with help. Location was great.

Nice quiet location and nice rooms! Close to trails and beaches!

It was walking distance to the cafe and fish & chips van and pier. You could sit outside on the grass area.

Didn't have breakfast but one of my collogues did. They had the pancakes and said they tasted like they had been reheated and it was fairly disappointing.

Nice location, clean and tidy, clear check-in instructions. Good parking opportunities. Great pub/restaurant nearby.

Port Renfrew is a quiet little backwater. This property is ideal for walking and exploring.

The location was absolutely fantastic—just a short walk to the seashore, with a pub conveniently right in front of the property. The room itself was clean and spacious, which made for a comfortable stay overall.
