One bed was not prepared. There was no available bed linen in the appartement. There were not enough towels in the appartement (2 shower towels for 6 people). The person in charge of the appartement was not available by phone at the time of arrival at 8-9 pm neither during next 24 h. After several attempts, I reached by phone the responsible person (24 h after arrival). She was not cooperative at all and she refused to relove the problems.
