To be clear, this is the basement of someones house! The windows are behind the chairs in the photo, below the front deck. So you have a large space, but you hear every footstep from above!

Location by the beach. View from the chairs on the lawn. Well equipped kitchen. It was very clean. Linda was helpful when we needed it, and it was very private otherwise.

Fantastic Apartment

The location was excellent and had everything we needed. The hosts answered any questions I had and were very welcoming.

To have had the internet working. We were stuck with not much to do.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. The folding queen bed in the drawing room is too good. rooms are well decorated.

The site was close to our sightseeing plans for our trip..centrally located with all the conveniences nearby. The unit was well set up for all needs, full size fridge, kitchen totally set uop like home for appliances, plus washer and dryer. It was very comfortable.

Great apartment below owners house with its own entrance and easy key pad entry. The whole apartment has been nicely decorated and provides a full size washer and dryer, and complete kitchen, dining room table and living room (even has a Murphy bed if necessary). Nice view and easy walking distance to the bay as it is right across the street.

“Disappointing”

Looking at the property on line ,we assumed that on could see the beach. This was a basement apartment with no view of the water. Very disappointing. There should have been some type of railing going down the steps. The bedding was washed in scented soap. Really!

Great basement apartment offering a great view straight down to the beach. Large rooms, kitchen and a great lounge area would be perfect for longer term stays. Very quiet location too
