Amazing resort and facilities, you don’t have to lift a finger. Two beaches, both are beautiful and several swimming pools, particularly enjoyed the adult only pool. Also have a WhatsApp chat that you can message for support at any time

It is such a stunning location, you don’t feel like you are on a resort, you feel like you are on your own island. It’s a very beautiful resort with gorgeous beaches and our room was lovely. The food at Cyann for lunch and dinner is really good and would recommend. We had a particularly amazing waitress a number of times whose first name we can’t remember, but her second name was Rachael and whenever she served us, whether it was at Cyann or Helios, she made the experience 10 times better with how friendly and attentive she was.

We particularly liked the design and the people. The property is big but doesn’t feel so as it is so well designed. Lots of smaller areas and lots of swimming pools. 2 beaches. It never felt huge. Pretty property and beautifully maintained. The staff are great. Totally professional, welcoming and helpful. Be sure to book restaurants in advance. The buffet is average and I would say disappointing. Cyann and Helios are both excellent. Adam and Eve also good but we preferred the other two. Beware of charge for water in Cyann. They charged us €10 approx for a 750ml bottle of still water - when water is included in the package we had…. Excessive even for ‘fine dining’ ! Although we didn’t travel with kids there were families and I would say it is an excellent location for families. We had a look at Beau Vallon and very happy we chose Ephelia.

I liked all things in hotel: very clean, very friendly and polite hotel staff, excellent breakfast and dinner, very much varieties of meals, transportation from all parts of the park with the took-tooks. Very comfortable bads. For sure I will come back to this hotel. It is very recommended by me!

We had a wonderful stay overall and truly enjoyed the beauty of the resort. The nature is absolutely stunning, with beautiful beaches, lush greenery, flowers, and amazing hiking path. There are countless activities to do. The spa experience was exceptional and felt incredibly exclusive. If you avoid the busy hours, the atmosphere there was peaceful and elegant. The yoga sessions were excellent with the best instructor🌱 We especially loved the Asian restaurants. The service there was top class, and the Asian female sommelier deserves a special mention for her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. My husband absolutely adored her :-) The staff overall managed the large resort impressively well, even though there were many guests staying at the same time🩷

This is the best hotel! Everything was top-notch!!! We stayed in a villa on a hill with stunning views. Each villa was assigned a buggy, which made our stay so much easier! For me, that was the coolest bonus! The hotel grounds are huge! There are activities for every taste! Come and see for yourself! I highly recommend it!
