“Resort for divers and snorkeling”

Large resort area, well-kept garden, festive public spaces in the main building. Friendly service, welcomes arriving guests stylishly and hospitably. Launche bar and terrass serve guests well. The hotel is easily accessible from the nearby Marsa Alam International Airport, but a long drive for those arriving via Hurghada Airport. Rooms in the main building as well as in several separate buildings in the pool, garden and beach areas. Clean and well-kept, views according to the location. The beach area is wide and there are plenty of sunshades available. Swimming opportunities are limited due to the shallow water and coral bottom. The reef along the pier and at the end, is good and colorful. Marsa Mubarak Bay, 1 km away at easy walking distance, offers a good sandy beach and an interesting reef for independent snorkelers, where there are a lot of crowd and boats every day, many from Port Ghalib. The resort's own pools offer good swimming and relaxation opportunities. The Dolphin pool is more peaceful for sun worshippers. You can get refreshments from the pool bars, although the beach bar is quite basic. The main restaurant and its buffet and drinks are ok as usual. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The a la carte restaurants, Chez Pascal, Oriental Restaurant and Dolce Vita on the Beach add to the buffet offering. However, the selection at the Dolce Vita Italian restaurant on the Beach is rather limited, probably due to the fact that it is included for all inclusive guests twice a week. Planet SPA offers Gym and Spa service incl. massage. Contact Mr Saleh Awatef / SPA for booking. Massage was good and service professional.

“Great value for money near the Marsa Alam Airport”

Large room, large compound, large pools, nice sea access and jetty, sunrise and sunset. Great buffet with ripe fruits, varied fare. Very hot weather but dry.

“Wonderful resort and great, friendly staff”

Mr Hassan and his collegues from the reception, and also all the other employees at the resort, are very kind and friendly. Every time I'm there, they truly do their very best, to make my stay the most comfortable as possible. I love the spacious, comfortable and light rooms. It's very clean everywhere. The food is great. Fayrouz has a very nice house reef for snorkeling, and it's great that Marsa Mubarak is only 20 min walk away: this is a bay where there are big sea turtles. I keep coming back, and now my friends are too.

“Surprising Experience”

Felt like in heaven! Every staff here is super nice and always take care of the guest. The room is big and quite and clean. Every service gives guests a wonderful experience. There are also some shows every day, making my journey full of joy. Absolutely will come back if I return to Port Ghalib!

“Highly recommended for a super relaxing holiday”

Clean all round , beach / main restaurant bathrooms cleaned through the day and with special touch of fresh flowers around the sinks . Bedrooms cleaned daily with special touch with towels formed into animals . Good quality was great , Variety of food for everyone and each day a different theme night . Highly recommend the shop that sells t-shirts , hoody’s etc , they can personalise any images at a reasonable price . Evening entertainment was great . Outstanding coral reef just off the jetty , recommend going to the right of sea is calm enough for an outstanding view of variety of fish and corals. To the left of beach is the relax beach which has amazing white soft sand , level of water is quite low and is home to even more turtles , and variety of fish including Lion fish . I highly recommend the 10 min walk to Marsa Mubarak to see the Dugong , ( best time is between 7:15-8:00) turtles , small stingrays and if your as lucky as me a huge stingray , the small coral reef 30 mt from sure is home to at least 8 Lion fish .

Very good value for the money. Good food, gluten free and lactose free available: just ask Ahmed head chef (he's in the main restaurant, he's a long chef hat always around the buffet checking everything is OK), he was very helpful and prepared me pizza and pancake (in the morning).

Very well organised. Huge choice of local and international meals and food, all prepared with lots of taste and flavour. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And amazingly they give a very personal touch to the service. This hotel has its own house reef for diving and snorkelling. In short exquisite place for anyone looking for a fantastic holiday at the red sea.

The location was so perfect. Was a really easy walk to see the dugongs at Marsa Murubak! No need to book a tour. The hotels private because was incredible with the most beautiful reefs full of marine life

Another fantastic vacation at Fayrouz Plaza - my 10th time there! so I got golden membership . This place holds a special spot in my heart. The resort itself is stunning, with those iconic Red Sea views never getting old. Plus, its location next to Port Ghalib Marina and Marsa Mubarak adds a touch of vibrancy. But the true star of the show? The 800-meter beach! Arguably the nicest in the area, it's clean, spacious, and boasts a magnificent coral reef teeming with life. Snorkeling and diving straight from the jetty were daily highlights. The staff are consistently amazing, and a huge thanks again to the Golden Team for ensuring everything runs smoothly . This trip, however, the reception team truly stole the show They kept all things ok especially Mr. Hassan Zakaria who help us in all our demands . The good news this time is Wifi upgraded in all rooms so I could connect to web in all places inside Fayrouz plaza With multiple all-inclusive restaurants and bars, you'll never go hungry or thirsty. Add to that the two pools (one heated for cooler months), and Fayrouz Plaza becomes a haven for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend it, especially if you value friendly staff and a beautiful setting!

“Enjoyable stay”

The staff was very nice and friendly. Salah the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. Food quality and entertainment was very good.

All things there was excellent, specially the stuff of panorama restaurant when I request from them to make surprise to my wife in her birthday. They are welcome and made excellent birthday show.
