“We had a great stay but would have to consider whether we would book over the day light months.”
The location was fantastic and close to all Port Fairy has to offer. Access to the property was very easy. Beds, towels, kitchen etc were all fantastic and the property was very clean.

The location was excellent - lovely outlook over the harbour and a short easy walk to the cafes and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms, though small, were clean and good. The kitchen was good and the lounge comfy. Heating worked well.

“Although our first impression was wary, Johansson Perch 3 needs refreshing, the location made up for the exterior paint”
It is in an excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, beach and the shops. The car can stay put. The view from the living area was very relaxing and serene. The kitchen is fully fitted out should you want to cook and the wifi reliable.
