Overview
The ibis Bayeux Port en Bessin is located in the heart of the fishing village near the D-Day landing beaches, Golf course Omaha beach and in a seaside town full of charm and attractions all year round. A buffet breakfast composed of sweet and savoury dishes such as eggs, fruit salad, yogurts and juices is served every day. Pastries baked on site and fresh French Madeleine cakes are also on offer, as well as a hot beverage and a piece of fruit to take away. Outside of regular breakfast hours guests can also enjoy a lighter option, available from 04:00. Guests can enjoy a snack whenever they like with the 24-hour bar service. This is a modern hotel with 62 highly comfortable air-conditioned rooms and benefit from the facilities offered by the hotel.

“Great staff.”
Staff were great, we had the misfortune of our car breaking down on the way to the ferry and this was a completely unplanned stop. We landed into the hotel with two young children looking exhausted from a stressful experience and the staff were amazing. They upgraded us to a family suite and did everything possible to make us comfortable. After the day we had up to that point it was exactly what we needed!

For our trip this was an excellent location & Port de Bessin provided all the facilities we required (nearby restaurants & easy travel distance to the museums etc we were here to see). Staff were great.

“A lovely place, perfectly situated, excellent breakfast and lovely staff.”
As cyclists, we were particularly pleased with the secure cycle shed. Breakfast was very good too. It’s also nice to have a lounge and a bar area-we’ll definitely be back.
