Typical backpackers place, I loved the vibe. A bit old, but that is reflected in the price. Also: I came by bus and it arrived very late at night. The reception was very helpful to facilitate my late arrival. 10 stars from me!

“Value over the silly season. By”
Economical stay, everything worked. Friendly, helpful staff. Good back yard area to braai. They were renovating the rooms and so on , which is great. Mosquitoes were a pain. No fan on the hot nights. Paving around the braai area is in serious need of repair.

My bed was really dirty. Sheets didn’t smell clean. There were signs up everywhere of things you’re not allowed to do - not very welcoming
