Nothing. They are so slimy they have come up with a diplomatic name for basement rental. They call it SUPERIOR APARTMENT!!! You would think that fancy name means you will get some type of superior apartment. And guess what...? It is a basement that they book you... YES BASEMENT! Seriously?

No garbage bin, had to use small waste bin in washroom. Only 2 dinner plates and 2 frying pans, no baking sheet or boiler for oven. All linens were in dryer still wet, had to wash again but had no detergent, had to buy some and wash and dry towels before we could shower. Pictures of house showed view of outside with a deck, we were in a basement apartment.
