C/in and C/out were both smooth. The villa is located in a peaceful quiet area. Parking is free but peak period may be full so just park at your own risk by the roadside. But still won't disturb public road users bc there won't be any public road users here except villa guests or the people who work at the refinery further in the same road. Overall a decent stay if you just need a place to gather few families together and do not need exclusive interior.

“Very uncomfortably hot!! Please change to a higher horse power aircond and also install in the living area.”
The unit was extremely hot even till early morning. It was unbearable i could hardly sleep. Had to ask for extra stand fan which only slightly helped. Although on 2nd floor u need to climb up 4 steep flights of stairs not recommended if ou have small baby or old people and carrying a lot of stuff. Hot water was non existent but good water pressure.
