I like everything about the villa. Its really gorgeous and modern with industrial design. It still has the calm vibe to it. Pool was nice, view a plus and amenities provided is awesome.

It is a fabulous house- smart with a very good id and architecture. Location is superb - despite by the water in the scorching hot weather of negeri sembilan this house is cold inside in most areas. The airconds and fans are of quality.The beds&mattreses are good, pool is superb and kitchen that facing the cove is our favourite. You feel like your are in an air bnb by the water in sydney😊All facilities are good- we made crepes for breakfast using the thermomix, we cooked& dine out too. Many shops and eating places nearby and beach is a very short walk from the house. A perfect place for family to bond and unwind😍thank you noreen

Perfect getaway... Loved everything about the place, the indoor pool, the sea front view from the open kitchen...The rooftop was a pleasant surprise... We sat sipping coffee whilst star gazing ...saw my first ever shooting star... Absolutely loved it!

superb location, next to avillion.a beautiful industrial modern house with a well appointed kitchen -we cooked steaks on the 1st day n ordered grab at other times.n ok size saltwater pool, sandwiched in between d living n kitchen/family area.we used swim tether to simulate lap swim so d pool size was not n issue.

We had an amazing experience staying at this modern, beautifully designed waterfront villa. The interior blends industrial chic with natural wood tones, giving it both a stylish and cozy vibe. The living area is open-concept with high ceilings, sleek finishes, and plenty of natural light. The highlight, however, was the incredible waterfront location. Waking up to serene views of the marina, with boats docked just across the water and a gentle breeze from the sea, was simply unforgettable. The large sliding doors made it effortless to enjoy the outdoors while still being indoors. It’s a peaceful, relaxing retreat with a luxurious touch — perfect for both families and small groups of friends. Not to mention that the pool is huge… my kids enjoyed it so much and wanted to come back again

The location was strategic. It located in front of the PD sea and we also can watch yatch view.. This Villa also near with commercial area also and its very convenient for us.. The Villa was 100metre from the beach.. Lastly ,We love the swimming pool concept very much..

The place was fully equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen had all the gadgets, so if you're in the mood to whip up a fancy meal or just make some quick snacks, you're covered. There was even a coffee maker, and yes, I had my caffeine fix in the morning! Oh, and the sunsets! They were next level. Imagine sitting on the rooftop, drink in hand, watching the sky light up with every shade of pink, orange, and purple as the sun dips into the ocean. It was like watching a live painting unfold in front of me, and I soaked in every minute. Everything was so clean and well-maintained, from the comfy beds to the sleek bathroom. You can tell the owners really care about the place. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. Whether you're swimming in the pool, cooking up a feast, or just lounging and enjoying the view, this villa has you covered.
