“A fabulous place away from home!”
1. Service - very polite and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process was hassle free. Buggy services provided within the property was very good. 2. Cleanliness - room was well maintained and very clean. 3. Comfort - we booked the Panaroma Pool Villa - Seaview with breakfast. The beds are very comfortable. Room well furnished, provides an open view of the Straits of Malacca and had a coffee maker … a plus for coffee lovers. A highly recommended place for those who seek a perfect place for comfortable “ staycation “. Among others, one can soak in the private pool; enjoy a comfortable walk or take a stroll along the beach / Hibiscus Walk or have a good workout in the gym. Basically, it has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. 4. Ease of moving around within the property - can walk safely or use the buggy service provided without any additional charges / fees. 5. Breakfast - wide spread of food provided for those who opt for room with breakfast. 6. Location - even though it was located quite a distance from the town centre, i I would still consider the location as good especially for staycation and those with own transport. It has all the amenities for a comfortable holiday. 7. Ample car park available onsite.
