Place was not clean. Fridge was moldy and smelly, toilets dirty and no hot shower. Outside the main door smelled of cat urine

“It is pleasant and affordable. Unable to lock the sliding door and porch gate are my concern.”
Fresh air, 2 out of 3 rooms have aircond, near to local restaurants to buy food and shops to buy mineral waters, chocolates, chips and instant noodles. Affordable price. Kitchen has basic necessities to cook instant mee and to heat food (not using microwave). Cleaning tools are available.
