1. Very clean and tidy. 2. Spacious living room. All rooms with air cond and fan. 2 bathrooms with hot water. 3. Location : very close to shops and eateries. Dataran Teluk Kemang is just a short drive away. 4. Kitchen provided with fridge, multi function cooker, electric kettle and air fryer. 5. Very clean swimming pool 6.
