The guy on Reception was amazing...cheerful, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Well furnished and well equipped. Linen and towels all clean. Ability to do laundry at the end of a long road trip was a bonus 🤗

Initially TV did not work, but was fixed. No coffee at breakfast, pancake machine not working. These issues were corrected by staff.
