“Wonderful sea view stay in Port Campbell”

A lovely one night stay at Surf Break at Bayview Villas! The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed with great amenities. The sea view was absolutely stunning, exactly what you'd hope for from a coastal getaway. Location is brilliant too, with easy access to the shore, cafes and restaurants nearby. A special mention to Melissa, our host, who made the whole experience seamless. She coordinated everything online with ease and was always available and responsive whenever we had any questions. That kind of attentiveness really makes a difference! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal escape.

“Perfect Sea View, But Not Worth the Money”

The sea view was perfect and the location was very beautiful. The surrounding environment was calm and relaxing, which made the place visually attractive. Check-in process was smooth as well.

I was expecting two separate bathrooms. The upstairs toilet does not count as a separate bathroom.

Liked how it was literally 30 sec walk to beach and 1 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Liked how the place had 2 washrooms for use and 1 washroom was recently renovated. Very happy to see the washing machine and the dryer which we did end up using. Also everything you need, like basic essentials were there in the house.

Nice and clean property. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is just next to the beach and everything is closer to buy or dine in and takeaway food.

The advertisement regarding the villa was misleading. We were a group of 4 adults, 2 male & 2 female. The reason I booked the villa was because we required 2 bathrooms. We really don’t consider a toilet upstairs as a bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this two-storey townhouse overlooking Port Campbell Bay. The views from the living and dining areas were stunning—we enjoyed relaxing dinners each night with a beautiful seaside backdrop. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including utensils, plates, and bowls, which made travelling with a toddler that much easier. The spacious living area gave us plenty of room to unwind, and the thick sandstone walls provided great privacy from neighbours. The location was excellent—just across the road from the Surf Life Saving Club, with cafés, restaurants, and a grocery store all within walking distance. The host was incredible: very responsive and had great communication throughout. In our opinion, this is the best place to stay in Port Campbell—great value for money, especially considering the space, the views, and the outstanding customer care from the hosts. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back here!
