“Very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel”
Very well kept clean, has a nice atmosphere and not shabby at all and staff were amazingly helpful. Breakfast was also really nice and the shower was awesome!

There was no kettle or tea making facilities in the room. Also no complimentary bottle of water which would have been good after travelling.

“So not book ! Only interested in money and no customer service”
The hotel is a money grabber ! We made a genuine mistake with a one letter spelling and after using this chain for many years they had no interest in allowing me to cancel the booking. I asked nicely but all they are interested in is money money money !!!! Will never use this chain again and I will pull my company out from using any of their hotels
