The location is good with views of the lake and the forest above the building. We were in a studio for two and after 50 days of traveling all over Europe, I can say that this was the dirtiest and most uncomfortable room. The sofa was covered in large stains, as was the bedspread. We slept with our clothes on without using anything, there was not even soap. The price we paid was 124 euros plus a 15 euro dog fee for this dirty room. We don't mind basic furnishings, but hygiene is important. I am surprised by the positive ratings for this property and I do not recommend it.

Beautiful location just over the road from the beach and walking distance to the centre. The hosts were wonderful, lovely friendly people (and their dogs too!). The room was spacious, well equipped and very clean and with a beautiful view out over the lake.

Large room, welcoming and friendly staff, relatively quiet, dog-friendly. Restaurant looked good but we only had breakfast. Croissants were very good!

“Gorgeous gardens and pool”

This has the best bits of a hotel and an airbnb. Lovely gardens with shade, sun loungers and lovely wrought iron tables with white linen. Very beautiful. Bar available for drinks. Pool with great views. I’d guess about six suites sharing the facilities. The house is a peaceful retreat a little way from town. We walked but it’s quite a long walk so ideally you’d have a car / e bikes to get to the lake / town for restaurants. Ample parking available. Our flat had a lovely terrace overlooking the lake.

Amazing location overlooking lake Lugano. Beautiful property and gardens, close to restaurants and beach. Apartments very spacious and tidy. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. We had a really nice time. Bonus that it’s pet friendly :)

The owners are very friendly and helpful and the location is pretty good. You can walk to the lake where there is a camping area with restaurant and playground.
