Super tasty coffee for breakfast, good choice of food, nice quality, including fresh fruits. Super nice ladies, all of them, at the reception, serving breakfast & cleanig ladies:)

The hotel location is at the lake, best view if you have a lake view room.. It is a small authentic hotel just enough for Porlezza, helpful staff, restaurant only serves breakfast.

“Perfect stay, can't wait to return”

We stumbled over the Hotel Europa as our previously booked hotel at Lake Como did not meet our expectations. We struck gold and could not have been happier when we arrived and were greeted by Pablo and his friendly team. The bedroom was spacious, clean with a large comfortable bed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and spent many an evening watching the sunset. Pablo was extremely helpful, recommending some of the best restaurants in town. Swimming pool area very quiet and most days it was just us, sitting enjoying the sunshine and dips in the pool. We could not have asked for anything more and are already planning our return trip.

No good there other places with same rates but better services The only good point was the parking

“Relaxing holiday with wonderful weather”

Room was overlooking the lake. It was clean and tidy every day. Breakfast was at an extra cost but good. Receptionists were very helpful with directions on where to catch the bus and restaurants in the vicinity.

Great location with lake view. Not far from free parking and the beach. Excellent start location for exploring the lake and the mountains nearby. The staff is very nice and helpful. Can’t give them enough stars.

The location of the property is amazing. Especially the balconies facing the lake.

Perfect place to stay in Porlezza, with an amazing view from the balcony, close to everything ,beach,downtown, and restaurants. The staff are just amazing, helpful, and professional. Very good breakfast . Comfortable room and bed. Clean. Toiletries, big bathroom. Parking place on site. Will definitely return back. Booked for one night, then stayed 5 nights.

View from the balcony is fantastic

Perfect location, especially the view from the “lake view” rooms. However no AC and roll down curtains so once they were down, they had to go up in order to open the balcony door, a bit tedious. Shower head was not too clean. Otherwise no complaint. Super friendly staff and cheap hotel parking. Saturday market just on the street below.
