Only 200 metres from the beach, Valamar Diamant Residence is located in Poreč. Featuring a bar and air-conditioned apartments, it offers access to an adrenaline park, outdoor pool, tennis courts and a spa and wellness centre. All apartments provide a balcony, wooden furnishings, a kitchen and a TV with satellite channels. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower. Guests have access to numerous facilities of the nearby Valamar Diamant Hotel. Some of them include a sauna, steam baths, massage treatments, a fitness centre and a mini golf course. Poreč is known for its many art galleries and a century-old museum. The main attraction is the UNESCO-protected Euphrasian Basilica. Great location, friendly staff, great facilities around the hotel area, super cool concept with apartments in smaller blocks, very close to the beach and the whole complex of Valamar hotels and hotel apartments in that area is great and full of nature and forest around

“Apartments are cold in March (this is rather for summer holidays)”
I would not recommend to stay at the Valamar 3-star apartments (i.e. not in the 4-star hotel rooms) during cold weather (we stayed there in March), due to no proper heating in the appartment. Even with outside temperature of 10-14 celsius, we could not heat up our room by the airconditioner which is only in the kitchen. Hotel breakfast is 5-star quality with wide range of foods.

We really enjoyed the resort's services and the outdoor space. The pools are great, so is the beach area, there are lots of activities to do, you can eat and drink in the bars for reasonable prices, and the area itself is very diverse and pleasant. There is a tourist train that serves the resort and the town center. We stayed in the apartments, but we also had access to the hotel (reception, bar, and indoor pool and spa). The apartments are spacious, with plenty of storage space and functional. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Very nice receptionsit MR. Toni welcomed us at the hotel and explained everything. Overall the hotel property is very well kept , clean, organised and over all everything is nice. All the stuff is very helpful.

“All in all: not the best value for money”
The location, the surroundings, the beach and the sea was really nice. Having a dishwasher made it comfortable. The terrace and the American kitchen-living room is a nice space for the family. Being able to use the facilities of the hotel (pool, etc.) is a useful gesture.
