Overview
Enjoying a quiet location in the town of Poreč, Urban Premium Apartments is set a 20-minute walk away from the UNESCO-protected Euphrasian Basilica and the nearest beach. It offers fully equipped modern-style studios with free Wi-Fi and a balcony or a terrace. Surrounded by a well-kept garden, all apartments feature spacious interiors, hardwood floors and a private entrance. They comprise a kitchen with a dining area, a living area with a flat-screen satellite TV and a separate bedroom. Bedlinen is provided free of charge. All apartments have a DVD Home Cinema System and a CD player. Free private parking is possible on site. Guests can explore the Old Town with its historic buildings or walk along the Dekumanova Street, filled with shops and boutiques. Very friendly and helpful host. Quiet location, green and nice. Good facilities. A little off the city center but still close enough. We would visit again, definitely.

It was a super nice stay in Porec for us. It’s in a walking distance to the old town and there are nice beaches in the area. The hosts are super friendly and respectful- can recommend a stay there. Thanks Goran and family.

Apartment very comfortable and all the equipment and facilities supplied. Host meet us on arrival which is priceless these days as many are contactless. Host gave great recommendations for where to eat and what to see. Bed comfortable, firm as we like. Bike storage a bonus. Local treats provided on arrival. Great location. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Easy walk to old town. Onsite parking also a bonus

Absolutely lovely apartment! We stayed at the apartment with garden/terrace, the place is spacey, cozy, very nicely equipped (nice stereo, huge TV, washing machine, everything you might need in kitchen, although we did not use any of it ;) ). Air condition worked flawlessly, had enough power to cool down whole flat during very hot August days. Location is also fine and quiet - it was 15 minutes of relaxed walk to beach, 20 minutes to center of old town, parking straight in front of house, shop is 5 minutes away. Goran (the host) was very nice and accommodating, he provided directions and recommendations of restaurants and beaches, etc.. Payment is cash only, which could be considered as the only and small negative.

Very nice host, very modern and extremely clean appartment. The beach can be reached within 15 minutes walking distance. Private (free) parking directly in front of the appartment.

Very nice appartment, in a quiet residential area, free parking direct at the house, the old town/beach is just a short walk away (15) min, we loved it, friendly hosts, and clean. Make sure in Porec you take the coastal walk down south towards the lagunas from the old main harbour, the whole shore is a well kept free natural beach.
