The apartment was reasonably clean, with lots of room and nice furnishings. It could be very nice in the summer, but apparently not in colder months (see my comments under “bad”).

“excellent stay”
Kristina, the host is friendly en very helpful. She sent us lots of suggestions for restaurants, bars, things to see, do etc. We needed a dentist suddenly and she respond to my text in a minute and helped us with this as well. The appartment is spacious and fully equipped. Even a nice welcome snack was there in the fridge. It is located close to the beach and you can walk easily to the centre with a nice view over the sea. There is enough parking space around the appartment and because the appartment is not located in the centre it is nicely quiet at night. We travelled as a family 2 adults and a teenager and will definitely come back to this appartment when we come back to Porec.
