Only 50 metres from a beach, Apartments Materada Residence is set in Poreč. “3 nights in Materada.”
Good location, closed territory with good parking place, pool and different appliances for sport activities. Beach was some steps from the compound. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many good restaraunts nearby, as well grocery shops. Apartment was well equipped.

The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. I loved the place; it was calm and comfortable, with no noise. There is also a swimming pool. The staff at the reception were nice, and we enjoyed our conversations with them. Additionally, free parking is available.

Very clean, comfortable,relaxing place to stay. Great for families as it has everything you need with small children - playground area, swimming pool, beach nearby. We had a great time and our children as well! Thank you to a very kind staff and Tibor.

The location is fantastic - just one step away from the sea. There’s also a swimming pool on site, which is a nice option. The apartment we stayed in was a bit dark but had everything we needed, just as advertised. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and there’s also a small store nearby for essentials.

The host was realy friendly! The park was realy clean and had a nice swimming pool with sun beds , fitness outside, beach volley... Everything was for free. It was next to the sea, wauw. Restaurants, shops are near the park! The house was not modern, but clean and you had good facilities! We recommend this residence.

“Beautiful place”
Privacy and peace: Apartments are in big private park, so can have peace and feel as in the own house, but also beach, restaurants are next to it. Nice walk to city, taxi is affordable as well.Very quiet and relaxing. Secure parking.Very kind staff, we had early check- in, could stay at the pool after check- out.

The whole residence is really nice and people working there are amazing. We enjoyed spending time near the pool and on the children's playground. We hope we will come back soon.

Great and large apartment with everything you might need. The pool area was very nice with complementary sun beds!
