The host is indcredible friendly, she provided us with every information we needed and more. The appartmet is beautiful, the terrace is big and has seaview. Parking is safe and big. The beach is 3min walking distance. Defenitley worth the money.

A beautiful house set in a stunning garden. Rooms have their own entrance, we had a lovely modern spacious room opening onto terrace and sea view, great for sun in day, and sitting out at night. A brilliant location close to restaurants, bars and cafes down by the sea, and shops. The walk into Porec through the pines by the sea is magical! .Katja is a great host, we followed all her recommendations for visiting the vineyards, Groznjan and Rovinj, all wonderful. This is a beautiful unforgettable place, with an exceptional host.

Great location, friendly staff, Katja was wery helpful and kind. We have a dog and there weren't any problems. Terrace with a nice sunset view.

“Beautiful apartments in Porec”

We booked 2 rooms for a night. My friends were staying in a suite with a sea view. Amazing waking up with a view like this. But also gorgeous garden with sitting areas. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and beds were so comfortable. Katja, our hostess was so super friendly. My friends who stayed in this room are already planning to come back for holidays next year and stay in these apartments.

“Gorgeous apartments”

Everything exceeded all expectations. Fantastic location not far from the centre (our host had bikes available) and so very quiet. Sea view availability and also not far from the beach. It's my second time staying at the same host but it's even better then few years ago. I'm glad that that Katja is really offering outstanding accommodations for affordable prices. Also compliments on the cleaningness of the rooms. Looking fwd to come here again.

“Beautiful villa, great hospitality, a place you return to!”

If you want a top experience, I would recommend this villa. The suite is beautiful and has a lovely view. everything you wish, is available in the suite. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is big and has a lovely shower. Bed is really comfortable and the room has lots of wardrobes. Once you step into the garden, you feel immediately relaxed and the lovely sisters, Goga & Katja, make you feel at home at once. Their great hospitality will give you an experience you’ll never forget. I would very much like to come back and definitely recommend this beautiful villa.

Everything was excellent! The host greeted us very welcomely and was really nice. The only information about the apartment I probably missed was the size. In the pictures, it looks really big but in person is a little bit smaller. The apartment contains a bedroom that's connected to the bathroom with slide doors (thro which u can hear everything really clearly) on both sides, a big open closet, and a big balcony with a great view in the little part of the sea. The apartment looks exactly modern as in the pictures. On the outside, you have 2 big and comfortable hanging out areas where all the guests can hang out. The parking space holds easily 4 cars, 5 if there's one parked in the middle - I would recommend a little smaller car, but the bigger one fits good aswell. I recommend visiting 100%!
