The apartment is located on a quiet street in the small village of Dračevac, about 10 km from the center of Poreč. Guests have access to private parking in the yard, which is secured by a remote-controlled gate. The accommodation is located on the first floor of the house and is well-equipped, featuring appliances such as a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything is spotless and well-maintained. The main drawback is the lack of a traditional living room, so the only areas for gathering are either the terrace table or the dining table in the kitchen, where the TV is also located. After a 7-day stay, fresh bed linen and towels are provided, which is a very nice touch. The landlady lives in the house and was always kind, helpful, and ready to answer any questions we had. This accommodation is ideal for guests traveling by car, who like to explore different beaches and towns along the coast. One of the biggest advantages is that all windows have mosquito screens, so you can sleep peacefully with the windows wide open.

Very nice place, looks like brand new. Very clean and equipped with everything you need in a quiet location. The owner was also nice 😊
