“Fantastic stay in a wonderfull location”

We enjoyed our stay, it was a fantastic house. The host was perfect and the garden was a dream

In general we had very good time at this place (we spent 2 weeks): great villa in a very peaceful location, very characterful, relaxing area with lovely garden well cared (which is the olive trees field), fully fenced (important for those who have a dog), The property itself is a charming villa set in extensive grounds, very quiet and secure farming / agriculture area with maximum privacy and comfort. It is situated up the hill (good localization for warm summer) with great views on the Umbra’s landscape. It is a quite good location for visiting various Umbria’s towns: Oriento, Terni or Spoleto (around 30/50 minutes’ drive) or explore Perugia, Assisi (1.5h drive). The interior of the Villa is designed in a traditional style that evokes a strong sense of what it was like to be in Umbria back in time. It is also equipped with all the amenities we needed. Kitchen well supplied with cooking stuff. The kitchen there was fully stocked and functional with enough space to enjoy cooking. A 10-minute car ride away is a large grocery store with most things you may need for your cooking (Lugnano or Amelia). The living room was large with large TV we hooked up to Netflix through our computer with an HDMI cable. The Wi-Fi was Ok. Florence was helpful and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out was really easy and quick.
