The 2 door men, they were really nice and helpful. Location was great.

Really poor customer service. The room we got (room 108), smelt like urine. The toilet seat was broken, and moved away after I sat on it. The bathroom door locked it self so we couldn't get into it. The shower tap leaver, was so stiff you could barely move it. The roll away bed was filty. The cabinet door that house the fridge was broken/missing. So the light from the glass door fridge would keep you awake. Had to turn the fridge off to turn off the light. The air con made a stretching noise. When we told the staff about the bad smell, they said they would clean the room again, and said if we're still not satisfied they would do something about. The room still smelt, but they couldn't do anything about it, as they were fully booked. The rest of the things we complained about, and the manager and staff, said they could do anything about it, as we had to already paid in full, which we had to do when we checked in, there was no other option presented when we checked it The hotel is clearly run down and in need of full gut and refurbishment. Staff need training, on customer service. Worst night ever, if i could give this 0 stars, I would.

The hotel was nice, good location, more importantly the staff were amazing. Really helpful to your needs. The hotel restaurant was really good, great food.

“A great hotel in Porbandar”

We had a wonderful time in Lords Inn. We were there for 7 nights. The hotel is still to a good standard in terms of lobby, restaurant, rooms and the swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, as are the beds. The staff are polite and responded quickly to our requests. It's in a good location, right on the chopati. The restaurant (The Blue Coriander) catered to all different cuisines so there was a good variety of food to choose from. The highest recommendation I can give is my grandmother lives in Porbandar and she came for dinner at the restaurant one night. She loved the roti and said it was soft and delicious. I can't give any bigger praise than that. The breakfasts were good too and you can request a masala omelette which is freshly made.

Happy environment

Food is excellent but service is horrible. The person at reception was very helpful as was the chef and security guard. The waiters are very very bad. We ordered 3 rotis...only 2 arrived. Even after 20 minutes waiting and repeated requests the 3 rd roti didn't arrive. We left our meal and walked away. During setting of bill we were charged 6 rotis. The guy at reception deducted the amount but kitchen staff showed kot of 3 plus 3. So there is definitely something wrong.

Good. Hotel Access is a problem during Mela time. (5 days around Krishna Janmashtami. The hotel has a good sea view.

There was good choice of Buffet for breakfast and they can prepare other Indian hot breakfast if request.
