“Disappointing experience”

Well even though there are no A/Cs in the room...I asked for the biggest fan they got, they accommodated...so if anyone suffers from hot rooms like me...please ask for a big fan...other than that everything was great 👍🏼

Very dated facilities. The room is big, bed conformtable but the furniture has obviously seen better days. it actually suprised me this hotel was a recomendation of a local. I guess it has passed its days of glory. Is extremely close to the airport and that was a plus, took me about 5 minutes to get there in time for my flight. Breakfat restaurant is the best part of this hotel, very open space and excelent food. Staff was very accomodating and helpfull, best part of my stay was their willingness to help. Is good if your going for business and only need to go crash after a bussy day, not recomend for families or vacations.

“Had a few issues, but would be willing to give the hotel another try in the future”
All the staff I interacted with were excellent--professional and very accommodating. They understood what type of service an international guest would be looking for in a quality hotel and provided it. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety and very tasty. Location is well situated to easily reach everything and is in a neighbourhood that is safe to walk around in. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was clean, spacious, had hot water and had a nice kitchenette, dining table and comfortable chairs to relax in. The Pool and Jacuzzi were a bonus. The King size mattress was very comfortable.

Hotel is nice, complimentary breakfast is excellent with Colombian traditional food, beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. Only issue no AC in the rooms, but they provide us a fan
