Very unique concept, what I like most is the very comfortable and cosy vibe. I felt right at home and it probably my favourite stay in Columbia which says a lot! Not many places while travelling you actually miss because there’s always something similar but this one I really miss

The owner and staff are incredibly nice and supportive. Cosy and quiet place including cafeteria. Hot shower. One of the nicest hotels in Columbia I stayed so far. Walking distance to downtown. I would have stayed longer if possible. Thank you :)

The studio room was big and felt homely. On site cafe was great, we especially loved getting a brew ☕️. We spoke to the owner who was helpful with answering our questions about a route.

Very cosy place, comfortable room (studio with a kitchen), delicious breakfast (for an extra fee, very reasonably priced) and very friendly helpful staff. Nice views over the white city. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. While it is not in the center of the Popayan, the heritage part of the town starts just in a couple of hundreds meters from the hotel and it takes 10 min on foot to Parque caldas (the central square of Popayan). Will chose this place again, especially if I am to stay in Popayan for more than 1 day.

“Great wee place”
Nice spacious apartment with kitchenette and huuuge window. Was perfect for what we needed. The breakfasts there were tasty too (not included in price, but reasonable). The fittings were trendy, nice lights and retro wooden floorboards

Everything. It is charming place near to all the town facilities but in a quiet place. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Decoration is very beautiful. Filtered water for free is a very important aspect for me in an accomodation due to reduction of plastic impact.

Everything. Location is perfect for those who like being near all town facilities but in a quiet environment. Silence is a privilege and you can get it in Caracol. Staff is extremely kind, helpful and willing to help. Decoration of the room is also very cozy.

The hotel was lovely, great staff. The food in the small restaurant was quite good. Even though we had to buy our breakfast, the choices were a great change from the usual eggs and arepas in the rest of Colombia. Good location to visit most of the sites in Popayan.

Lovely modern room and ensuite. Cafe attached is very good too. Location is close to the centre but far enough away that it's not too noisy
