Clean, new and very quiet place. Very central. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Perfect for a short stay in Popayan. The reception is 24h. Definitely worth the price.

Extremely cheap for so central an accommodation. I stayed there 3 times and each room had at least 2 doubles and one had 3, a couple of rooms even had a bit of a view over the rooftops if you stood up to look out. Microwave, fridge, cooking area. All rooms lockable to the corridor which has a 24/7 receptionist.

“Incorrectly advertised as 3 separate bedrooms but a nice place”
Clean, good location but it advertises as '3 separate bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen when it's actually the same room with 3 separate beds in it. The listing needs to be changed as apparently other guests had complained of the same thing. We were told that this is a booking.com issue...but it strongly appeared that this is how it had been described by the owner on their booking.com login, nothing to do with booking.com. Due to our inconvenience we were then moved to a bigger room (with a separate small bedroom upstairs) and the other beds in the same room as the kitchen on our second night (we didn't move locations as too much hassle). This suited us much better so appreciated this. You get towels and the apartment is clean. There are not really any windows to the outside.

Rooms are very different, some of them are really nice. We could change for a better room after the first night. Rooms with daylight are nice, even if some kitchen utensils are missing.
