We had a wonderful stay at The Ivory Castle! Pick up and drop off from the ferry was easily arranged with the staff and we were able to rent a scooter on site which was a real bonus. The location is so peaceful and beautiful and within walking distance to Sandira beach. Only a short drive into Sante Fe. We swam every evening for sunset at the private swimming rock on site. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bantayan ☺️

We end up paying triple the amount we booked with as we upgraded our room to accommodate one family members of ours. It was worth it, though, aside from the fact that the room has a fully furnished kitchen; we have ample of space to rest and work with.

“Calm and peace in paradise”
If you want to be in a calm and nice place far from the city, rent a motorbike (you can do it directly in Ivory) and enjoy this place. It’s 10 minutes ride from Santa Fe. You will find clean rooms, comfortable beds, a nice garden, spaces to enjoy the stars and the ocean at night, and Lucy, the owner of the place that will treat you like family. She is so helpful and sweet... the rest staff doesn’t speak English very well, but they will try to help you, so be patient!!! I have had a wonderful time there and I extended two days!

“Very disappointing”
The garden is well maintained and looks nice. Good swimming down the (slippery) steps, deep and clear water.

“Perfect location to stay away from the center”
Walking distance from the nicest and calmest beach of the island. Away from the "touristness" of Sante Fe center. Owners are kind and honest.

“Beautiful gardens with private access to the ocean”
The room and bathroom were spacious, with AC, a fan and a separate kitchen with a fridge and cooking facilities. The surrounding gardens are lovely, and there are really nice ocean views from the garden. There are stairs leading down to the ocean where you can go swimming. The property is about a 10min drive from Santa Fe. The owner organised a scooter for us to hire and drove us to the ferry port at the end of our stay. The property is secure and there were usually people around maintaining the gardens or property.
