I couldn’t stay in Saint-Moritz as it was a very busy weekend, so I decided to stay a little way out of town. The hotel was well priced, and when I arrived it was far smarter than I’d anticipated, with a beautiful view over a snowy valley. A special mention goes to Vasileia, who was on reception when I arrived and could not have been more helpful. To my great joy, she was also there the following morning and helped me find the best way to get to my destination. I’m a huge fan of both her and the hotel, and I very much hope to return.

Stunning hotel with history. Our room was in the new building, nice and spacious, modern. With the view of the mountains. Dining room feels straight from the magic mountain. Also loved the pool, especially during heatwave Nice bar with a view. Good food and drinks Free shuttle to the station Very good breakfast

The property is an absolute gem, with amazing views and beautiful interior decor. The rooms are spacious and ours had an amazing view of the mountains. The bar has brilliant cocktails and the restaurant food is delicious. The kids corner is great for small kids. The staff were very professional and accommodating.

It’s a wonderful location, a beautiful garden, very nice and newly renovated lobby/reception/bar and a fantastic Jugendstil dinner hall. The rooms have excellent amenities, staff are very friendly and forthcoming. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic. What is great is the supervised kids club with many activities for children.

“Magnificent location, very friendly staff, but MISERABLE FOOD PORTIONS”

In sixty years of international travel, I have never encountered a hotel which served such miniscule food portions, especially for dinner. The manageress offered an unconvincing explanation that this was a hotel policy aimed at reducing food waste and that I could have asked the waiter for more. Really? It is a travesty of the hospitality for which the Swiss, like we Irish, are world-renowned, to place a guest in the embarrassing position of Dickens' Oliver, to have to say, "Please, sir, may I have some MORE......."

We had the best time ever! The hotel is amazing. There is so much to do, including outside swimming pool, large park surrounding the hotel, wellness area, great breakfast, room with fantastic views and much more!
