Overview
This hotel enjoys a secluded location in a car-free nature reserve, only 3 km from the Roseg Glacier. A free pick-up service from the Pontresina Train Station is available upon request. You can choose between a bed in a dormitory, simply furnished rooms with shared bathrooms and rooms with private bathroom and a TV. All rooms offer views of the surrounding mountains or the glacier. Typical Grisons specialities and a rich dessert buffet are offer in the Alpine-style restaurant. The terrace offering panoramic views is open in summer. Cross-country skiing tracks pass right next to the Roseg-Gletscher Hotel. Pontresina is 10 km and St. Moritz and the Diavolezza Glacier are both about 20 km away. A free bus shuttle service from the Pontresina train station to the hotel is available on prior reservation at 10:30, 17:00 and 18:00. On prior request, the hotel can also arrange a pick up by a horse carriage from the Pontresina train station

“Very nice hotel and experience”
It is a beautiful hotel in the middle of a valley. You are away from any civilization in a stunning area. The rooms were comfortable and the shared bathroom and toilet were clean and well looked after. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast spread was very nice.

“Perfect place to stay if you want to get a good look at the Roseg Glacier!”
Rooms were very cozy and the bed was great. Bathroom has floor heating which is a big plus! Breakfast was so-so. Very minimal spread but enough to satisfy your hunger. At least they had an omelet station - which I appreciated. The Cake buffet during the afternoons was very delicious. A must-try!

“Amazing hotel under mountains”
Together with my young daughter, we hiked from Murtèl to the hotel. We enjoyed an amazing dinner, everyone was extremely friendly, and we were surrounded by mountains on all sides. What more could one wish for?

“Peaceful Mountain Getaway”
We loved the remote location, traveling in by horse-drawn carriage, winter walking, seeing wildlife on the hillsides, feeding the birds. The food exceeded expectations by a significant margin.

“Oasis of tranquility in Val Roseg.”
This is the perfect place to stay in the real nature, very very beautiful valley - almost in front of the Gletchers. That is great that Hotel is located quite away from the town and other villages - you feel really just pure nature there. You can reach it by foot through nice and beautiful road around 7km, or take hors omnibus for 25 CHF from Pontresina. Restaurant is great! Very very tasty!
