“Fantastic experience at this hotel-faultless”
The ambience and style of the hotel were great. I loved the fresh flowers around the property. The pool was warm and lots of spa jets within it. The beds were comfortable, bathroom, clean and spacious. The tea/coffee, etc, facility in the kitchen on each floor was great, although sometimes switching from hot to cold water was challenging. The restaurant was great, as well as fabulous suggestion of cocktails by bar staff. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a long time. Amazing selection of cheeses, breads and jams. Easy to use ski changing rooms.

The restaurant for breakfast and dinner are stylishly done. I didn't use the spa and all so can't comment.

“Pretty Hotel in the heart of Pontresina”
