Pontresina is very nice. Hotel is near to some lovely restaurants and easy to get around on the bus. 10 minutes walk from the train station. Staff are excellent ( especially Barbara on reception) She provided lots of recommendations for things to do and her restaurant recommendations were spot on

Nice family hotel, comfortable rooms and beds, good breakfast choice. Warm and cozy atmosphere, fireplace in the lounge area. Walking distance from everywhere.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The rooms and common areas are absolutely spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and compared with other places we looked at it was extremely well priced. The included breakfast was excellent. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and I really hope we will return one day.

The hotel is welcoming and we really liked the modern decor in the lobby (and its fireplace) and room decor. The room was comfortable and warm (we stayed mid winter). There was plenty to choose from at breakfast and the house-made jams were delicious. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful.

Very helpful staff - answered all our questions and provided lots of information on attractions in the area. Comfortable room with lots of storage space and plenty of coathangers. Excellent breakfasts with lots of home-made and local ingredients. Good location with plenty of restaurants within easy reach.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable and we had a beautiful view. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Breakfast offered a great variety with many delicious breads available. The location was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Staff at reception were very helpful with all our requests

Good clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel location was good for buses and trains. The breakfast buffet was typical Swiss style but sufficient. The hotel didn’t have a restaurant but they could provide bar snacks. The hotel provided you with a free travel card for use on bus, train, mountain railways and cable cars. The management and staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly book this hotel if we visited the area again. Underground parking garage.
