It's a newer building. Very large bed. Bathroom excellent. Decor in room very good. Abdel and excellent host. Good location for Auvers and Van Gogh.

The hotel room is very clean and quiet at night. The glass in the bathroom is wiped very clean. Breakfast is on the first floor. The variety is okay, but there are no eggs. There is a small outdoor garden. In front of the hotel is a sports center. It takes only one minute to reach the sports field, which is great for running. There are no restaurants around, but there is a road from the parking lot at the back of the hotel. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping center where there are many restaurants and shopping is convenient. But it gets a bit dark when coming back at night, so it is recommended not to be too late.

“Nice to get away from city crowds. If you travel by car then would be great.”
The entrance is through the parking lot gate, which took us a minute to figure out. The bed is super comfortable.

“Great economical choice for a weekend break in Paris.”
This is an economical convenient Hotel about 2 hours 30 minutes drive on A16 from Calais without delays. Clean, modern with a nice Continental Breakfast. Free parking at Hotel which is in a University / School district a little out of Town. The Hotel is approximately a 20 minute walk to The Train Station with easy access to Paris, we purchased a 12 Euro pp all day hop on and off ticket for whole of Paris, which is less than 1 hour by train. Pontoise centre is also a short walk from the Station with Brasseries and a few Restaurants, beautiful Cathedral is worth a visit too.

“Just look for something else.”
We cancelled our stay due to poor conditions, rude staff and miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com, considering we booked 2 rooms online and upon arrival there was only one available, and they still charged us for 2 rooms which we didn't use. I would advise anyone passing through to look for something else.
