“I would rather recommend unit 28, which was much cheaper or Alfies unit. I a”
Unit is very outdated. For this being the "luxury" or "deluxe" unit sadly it was anything but that. Unit 28 is far better. This Unit has a 1920 something stove, we had endless issues with water, there are stain everywhere with in the bathrooms from the water, the paint wort in the unit was something to laugh at. Mold all over the ceiling in the one bedroom, furniture really has had better day and the list continues.... if it rains, you can't use the patio. The lounge door was forever failing off the railing and really hard to move. Stairs going up to the unit are very unsafe and fell apart during our stay. This unit really needs TLC.

“Given my comments above I am likely not to stay at this location again”
The house is spacious and generally acceptable. It is well located and has good views. The gardens are very pleasant.
