Exceptional value for money. The bed was very comfortable. There were additional blankets in rhe cupboard. No clutter in the room with simple furniture. Located on the Via Francigena as you head out of town towards Ivrea.

On the francigena track, a wooden gate opens to another time. Beautiful home living up to its name, antique floors, walls, and the whole environment feels of years gone by. It is however very well equipped for the modern pilgrims, and has all that is needed for a good rest after a day's walk. The bed is very comfortable, the en-suite bathroom has a good shower with plenty of hot water, there are soft pillows and warm blankets, and all the towels one may need. The host was welcoming and friendly, and not at all concerned that we were arriving after a day in the rain. Beautiful restful sleep, ready for continuing our walk.

I got sick during the trip and Ornela (the hostess) helped me a lot with medications. A very open, positive and helpful person.House with a beautiful garden in a very cozy place.
