“Fabulous would definitely come back”

The location was fabulous recommend an early morning walk to the was memorials which are close by. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the room was fabulous.

A wonderful welcome. We arrived at a very busy time. Julien was perfect, he escorted us to the room and made sure we were comfortable. He then made arrangements for us to watch the rugby in the restaurant. (Very important to us) Julian reserved a table for us and the meal was delicious. Thank you Julien, also thank you Claire for looking after us at breakfast. Great staff and accommodation.

“Great room with a double bed in a beautiful village”

The price was great, the room is above a very nice cafe, opposite a medieval monument, in a beautiful city. The staff was very friendly. There's no elevator, but it's just one floor.

The location is perfect, comfortable room with the bonus of a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Excellent breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice and pastries. Very friendly staff.

Great location near to motorway but set in town square with lovely views from room. Room large, bed comfortable, shower good with plenty of hot water. Lovely food in adjacent bar / bistro with great atmosphere, open Sunday evening g too which was an unexpected and thankful bonus - would stay again

Beautifully located rooms on the lovely square, with bar-restaurant underneath. Great welcome from the guy working that afternoon. Room is spacious with some very elegant touches, including the electric-powered bed!. Old, shuttered windows and doors out to the balcony. I’m amazed to see several people complaining about the breakfast when this place has provided them then with tea, coffee, cognac, bottled water and wine in their rooms. Fantastic. Wish we’d been able to stay longer.

“Lovely enjoyable location and experience.”

Lovely location. Easy access and interesting room. If you like unusual then this will be enjoyable. Some interesting old furnishings and items in the room. A fireplace now free standing converted to a bar. Spacious terrace overlooking lovely square and gardens dominated by the magnificent castle keep. Simple breakfast in cafe/bar was a pleasant start to the day.

The balcony room was fabulous, clean, comfortable and full of little surprises. We loved it so much we are planning to go back for a longer stay. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff were excellent.
